Charming Cottage and Studio in Hyde Park Village

303 Fitch Hill Road

This charming Cottage with a separate Studio/Guest House on 12+ acres is the only residential property of its kind in the Village of Hyde Park. A large old mailbox marks the only driveway on Fitch Hill without the home in sight. As you turn off the paved road into the driveway and go 'round the bend, you'll drive out from under the tunelled trees as you arrive at the Cottage and Studio.

Thanks to Voters in the Village of Hyde Park

Thanks to all of you who attended the Village Annual Meeting on Tuesday evening (May 5th). It was the largest turnout I've ever seen, and possibly the largest ever. Many, many thanks too, to all of you who voted to re-elect me — I am thrilled to be able to continue, together with my fellow Trustees, all the good work and programs we have in motion, towards making and keeping our Village vibrant, efficient, and financially healthy.

Please don't hesitate to contact me or any of the Trustees; or, to attend our Board meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Lanpher Library, at 6:00 p.m.. (http://hydeparkvt.com/villageclerk.html) We welcome your ideas and input.
